How Do I Cancel My Order?
Please note that your order can only be cancelled before we have dispatched it to you (normally 12 hours). We have no way of cancelling it once it is dispatched from our end. If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail at email@example.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed the next working day. If the product cancellation is requested and it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will try to cancel the order, but the shipping charges will not be refunded.
If the Customer chooses to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the Cash on Delivery charges or Shipping Charges we incur to ship the product back to the warehouse. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made.
Terms and Conditions
- The product/ products cannot be exchanged or returned under any specific circumstances if the Product is used or washed of Used toiletries on the product.
- We shall be under no liability for any failure or exchange of product/ products when specified if the delay or failure in an attempt to pick up the product is wholly or partly due to the Customer’s ignorance.
- Polr is not liable for any delay in the return of the product and hence will not be responsible for exchange or refund.
- If the wrong product is received, kindly share the image of the product. On firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
- Product(s) can be returned/Exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. In case of any discrepancy, kindly contact our customer care along with the Order number(s).
- If the Customer has received the wrong product or in a bad condition please email us mentioning your Order ID/No. along with the product images. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
- We can align the reverse pickup for one time from our logistic partner. In case the reverse pickup gets cancelled, then the product will not be returned/exchanged.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
- Refunds will be processed and credited to the source account within 20 working days from the date of a courier being received in our warehouse.
- Note: Any shipping/Cash on Delivery (COD) charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
- In case of Returns related to COD Orders, we will refund the money, in form of Credit Points only in your account, only after receipt of the product in its original condition.
- These credit points can be used for purchases on our website. In case of refund, if the total order value, after return comes out to be below Rs.2000/-, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund value.
- In the self-send process, the courier charges are not reimbursed.
Following Products Shall Not Be Eligible for Return:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product and tag at the time of delivery.
- Any item that has been worn or washed.
- The product is perfumed or without original Tags.
Note: We may ask you to share images of the product, tag intact and packaging to facilitate the return process during the sales.
